Proofreading
Proofreading is the final stage before your work is ready for publication. Proofreading addresses smaller issues such as typos, spacing errors, spelling mistakes and basic formatting issues.
Developmental Editing
Developmental editing addresses the "big picture", that is, the foundations of your writing. During this stage, we might move entire sections of the writing to create coherence, address arguments or characters, and discuss the scope of the piece as a whole.
Copyediting
Copyediting involves correcting not only grammar and spelling errors, but also standardizing style and citations, as well as fact checking. Copyediting improves clarity and flow, making your writing more engaging without changing its intended meaning.
Developmental Editing
